La gestion de projet, c\u2019est un peu comme un puzzle : on a des id\u00e9es \u00e9parpill\u00e9es, des pi\u00e8ces qu\u2019on ne sait pas encore o\u00f9 placer et une image globale qu\u2019on devine \u00e0 peine. Pendant longtemps, j\u2019ai utilis\u00e9 des outils classiques (tableurs, mindmaps, post-it\u2026) pour structurer mes projets. Puis j\u2019ai d\u00e9couvert que l\u2019IA, et en particulier ChatGPT, pouvait me faire gagner un temps fou. Aujourd\u2019hui, je vais vous montrer comment j\u2019utilise l\u2019IA pour g\u00e9rer un projet de A \u00e0 Z, en prenant un exemple concret : se former et devenir un professionnel du marketing digital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. G\u00e9n\u00e9rer et structurer les id\u00e9es : le brainstorming boost\u00e9 par l\u2019IA<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

La premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape de tout projet, c\u2019est d\u2019avoir une vision claire. Souvent, on a plein d\u2019id\u00e9es en vrac, mais on ne sait pas trop par o\u00f9 commencer. C\u2019est l\u00e0 que ChatGPT intervient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Imaginons que je veuille me reconvertir dans le marketing digital. Je peux demander \u00e0 l\u2019IA :
\u00ab\u00a0Quels sont les principaux domaines du marketing digital et les comp\u00e9tences n\u00e9cessaires pour devenir un professionnel du secteur ?\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

En quelques secondes, ChatGPT va me sortir une liste organis\u00e9e : SEO, SEA, social media, email marketing, data analytics, copywriting, automation\u2026 Rien que \u00e7a, \u00e7a permet d\u00e9j\u00e0 de structurer ma r\u00e9flexion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ensuite, je peux affiner :
\u00ab\u00a0Quelles sont les premi\u00e8res \u00e9tapes pour un d\u00e9butant en marketing digital ?\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>
Et l\u00e0, l\u2019IA va me proposer des pistes concr\u00e8tes : suivre des formations en ligne, pratiquer sur des projets perso, cr\u00e9er un portfolio\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

R\u00e9sultat : en 10 minutes, j\u2019ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 une vision plus claire de ce que je dois apprendre et des \u00e9tapes \u00e0 suivre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Construire un calendrier macro du projet<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Une fois les grandes lignes d\u00e9finies, il faut passer \u00e0 la planification. Je vais demander \u00e0 ChatGPT :

    Petit \u00e0 petit, mon projet devient plus tangible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    4. Zoom sur un point pr\u00e9cis et r\u00e9organisation si n\u00e9cessaire<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    \u00c0 ce stade, je peux avoir besoin d\u2019approfondir un sujet en particulier. Imaginons que je bloque sur le SEO. Je peux demander :

    J\u2019aime bien utiliser ChatGPT en mode conversationnel, en lui donnant le contexte et en affinant mes demandes au fil de mes r\u00e9ponses. Par exemple, je ne me contente pas d\u2019un seul calendrier, je lui demande d\u2019expliquer chaque phase, de me sugg\u00e9rer des outils, voire de me proposer un plan d\u2019action hebdomadaire d\u00e9taill\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    L\u2019IA, c\u2019est un v\u00e9ritable assistant de gestion de projet : elle aide \u00e0 structurer, planifier, r\u00e9ajuster et approfondir chaque \u00e9tape.
